Online registration for the exhibition, advertisement and sponsorship


Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome to present their outstanding products and services at 4th Rubber Symposium of the Countries on the Danube. You are cordially invited to participate in this exhibition.

The options available for participating in the Exhibition/Sponsorship are summarized below:


Conditions for exhibitors:

1m2 exhibition area (min. area is 4 m2): EUR 100,-+27 % VAT

Closing date of registration: 15 June 2016

Registration fee for exhibitor company representatives EUR 350,- (VAT is included)

Exhibitor company representatives can only participate at the meeting, if they are registered participants as well.

The registration fee includes the following:

  • Attendance to all scientific sessions
  • Official conference documentation
  • Conference bag with complete conference materials
  • Coffee breaks and lunches during the conference days
  • Admission to the Welcome Reception
  • Admission to the Conference Dinner
  • Admission to factory visit at ContiTech Rubber Industrial Ltd. – Manfucturer of rubber compounds, conveyor belts and large bore hoses.
  • VAT (27 per cent) is included in the fees acccording to Hungarian VAT Law

Terms of Payment
Please make the payment by bank tranfer  until 15 July 2016.
